Coordinate and assign deliveries, routes, and schedules to drivers/riders. Monitor the status and location of ongoing deliveries. Communicate with drivers, customers, and operations staff regarding delivery updates. Prepare and maintain delivery records, dispatch logs, and other documents. Ensure that all dispatch instructions are properly communicated and followed.
