A. From job applicants and candidates

- pages visited, form submissions, and time spent on the site; and
- limited technical or cookie-related data needed for website functionality, security, and administration.
3. How We Collect Personal Data
We may collect personal data through:
- job application forms, resumes, emails, and interviews;
- employer service inquiries and service agreements;
- phone calls, meetings, and online communications;
- website contact forms and website usage logs; and
- lawful third-party sources, such as references, client-employers, or public professional profiles, where appropriate.
4. Why We Process Personal Data
We process personal data for legitimate and lawful purposes, including:

- matching candidates with employer requirements;
- contacting applicants regarding vacancies, interviews, assessments, or status updates;
- endorsing qualified candidates to employer-clients;
- conducting lawful screening, verification, and recruitment administration;

- other parties with your consent or as otherwise allowed by law.
QuadM does not sell personal data.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by law.
As a general rule:
- applicant records may be retained for current recruitment, future openings, talent pooling, legal compliance, and dispute management, subject to lawful retention periods;
- employer and transaction records may be retained for contract administration, accounting, audit, and legal compliance; and
- website and technical logs may be retained for security, troubleshooting, and operational purposes.
When retention is no longer necessary, we will securely delete, dispose of, anonymize, or de-identify the data, subject to legal requirements.

- access your personal data;

QuadM uses reasonable and appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

- staff confidentiality obligations;
- vendor controls where applicable; and

No system is completely secure, but we work to reduce risks and respond appropriately to security incidents.
10. Cross-Border Processing
QuadM primarily handles local recruitment in the Philippines. However, some technology providers or storage systems may process or store data outside the Philippines. Where cross-border processing occurs, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards consistent with Philippine data privacy requirements are in place.
11. Minors
Our recruitment services are generally intended for individuals of legal working age under Philippine law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors for employment purposes except where lawful and properly authorized.

Our website may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality, security, and analytics of website performance. If optional cookies or tracking tools are later implemented, QuadM may provide additional notice or consent mechanisms where required.
