These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website, online forms, recruitment services, and related communications of QuadM Manpower Inc. (“QuadM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

QuadM Manpower Inc. is a Philippine hiring and manpower agency engaged in local recruitment only. Our services may include:

  • job posting and talent sourcing;
  • receipt and review of applications;
  • interview scheduling and coordination;
  • candidate endorsement to client-employers;
  • pre-employment screening, subject to law and consent where required; and
  • other lawful recruitment support services agreed with employers or applicants.

QuadM acts as a recruitment intermediary unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including labor, data privacy, consumer protection, and electronic commerce laws.

By using our services, you represent that:

  • the information you provide is true, accurate, and current;
  • you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms; and
  • your use of our services will not violate any law or the rights of any person.

3. Terms for Job Applicants

If you apply for a job through QuadM:

  • you authorize us to review your application and assess your qualifications for available roles;
  • you agree to provide complete and accurate personal, educational, and employment information;
  • you understand that submission of an application does not guarantee interview, shortlisting, placement, or employment;
  • you must not submit false credentials, misleading statements, or forged documents; and
  • you may be asked to submit additional documents for lawful recruitment or client requirements.

QuadM may remove, hold, or decline any application that appears incomplete, inaccurate, unlawful, or inconsistent with employer requirements.

4. Terms for Employers and Client Representatives

If you engage QuadM as an employer, client, or authorized representative:

  • you represent that you are authorized to request recruitment services on behalf of your organization;
  • you agree to provide accurate job descriptions, qualifications, compensation details, and hiring conditions;
  • you agree to comply with the Labor Code of the Philippines, anti-discrimination rules, wage and benefit requirements, and other applicable employment laws;
  • you agree not to use candidate information for purposes unrelated to legitimate hiring; and
  • you agree to honor any service fees, timelines, and contractual commitments under your separate service agreement with QuadM.

QuadM may refuse or discontinue support for roles, requests, or hiring practices that appear unlawful, misleading, abusive, or discriminatory.

5. No Guarantee of Employment or Hiring Outcome

QuadM does not guarantee:

  • that an applicant will be hired;
  • that an employer will fill a vacancy;
  • that any candidate will satisfy all employer expectations; or
  • that any placement will continue for a specific period.

Hiring decisions remain with the employer, subject to applicable law. Employment relationships, when formed, are generally between the employer and the hired worker unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

6. Screening and Verification

QuadM may conduct reasonable screening or coordinate screening activities, such as resume review, reference checking, interview scheduling, skills review, and document validation, subject to:

  • applicable Philippine law;
  • client requirements;
  • the applicant’s consent where required; and
  • the Privacy Policy of QuadM.

Background checks, medical checks, and verification of government-issued records shall only be done when legally permitted and, where required, with valid consent or other lawful basis.

7. Fees and Payments

For employers, service fees, payment schedules, replacement terms, and related commercial terms shall be governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, or written service agreement.

For applicants, QuadM shall not impose unlawful recruitment fees or charges prohibited by Philippine law.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, forms, layouts, and other website content of QuadM, except third-party materials, are owned by or licensed to QuadM and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not, without prior written consent:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute website content for commercial use;
  • modify or create derivative works from our materials; or
  • use our name, logo, or branding in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

9. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • use the website or services for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes;
  • upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content;
  • interfere with website operations or security;
  • impersonate another person or entity;
  • harvest data or scrape applicant or employer information without authorization; or
  • use the website to violate privacy, confidentiality, employment, or intellectual property rights.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Where you submit personal information to QuadM, you acknowledge that such information may be processed for lawful recruitment, staffing, business, compliance, and website administration purposes.

11. Third-Party Links and Platforms

Our website or communications may contain links to third-party platforms, job boards, email tools, or client systems. QuadM is not responsible for third-party content, security, policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

12. Disclaimers

QuadM provides its website and general recruitment-related content on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, QuadM does not warrant that:

  • the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
  • all vacancies will remain available;
  • all information from applicants, employers, or third parties will always be complete or error-free; or
  • the website will be free from delays, interruptions, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuadM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • use of or inability to use the website or services;
  • missed employment opportunities or hiring delays;
  • employer hiring decisions;
  • applicant misrepresentations;
  • third-party acts, systems, or services; or
  • events beyond QuadM’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not allowed under Philippine law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold QuadM, its officers, employees, and representatives harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your violation of law or third-party rights; or
  • false, misleading, or unauthorized information or materials you submit.

15. Suspension or Termination of Access

QuadM may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to its website or services if we reasonably believe that:

  • these Terms have been violated;
  • unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent conduct has occurred; or
  • suspension is necessary to protect QuadM, applicants, employers, or the public.

16. Changes to These Terms

QuadM may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon posting, unless a different date is stated. Continued use of the website or services after an update means acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the website, or QuadM’s services shall first be addressed in good faith through discussion. If not resolved, the parties may pursue remedies before the proper courts of the Philippines, with venue in the city or province where QuadM Manpower Inc. maintains its principal office, unless otherwise required by law.
