Executive Assistant
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, or any related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Relevant work experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in preparing shipping documents is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on a regular office schedule
Description
• Manage complex calendars, schedule high-stakes meetings, and coordinate travel itineraries for executives.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations — ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive office with warmth and efficiency.
• Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to keep projects moving forward.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Support logistics-related initiatives, such as coordinating with operations teams for client visits or industry events.
