Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accountancy, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related work is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of inventory systems, SAP, or ERP software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work in an office-based setting.
Description
Job Description
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of stocks, materials, and supplies.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries and shipments.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock audits.
- Update inventory databases and prepare inventory reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams regarding stock levels and replenishment.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items.
- Prepare and maintain inventory-related documents and records.
- Assist in stock transfers, issuance, and reconciliation activities.
- Perform other inventory and administrative tasks as assigned.
