Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field can enhance your candidacy (Preferably, Male with motorcycle)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple orders and maintain accurate records
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently under limited supervision
• Communication and negotiation skills for effective interaction with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
• Technical proficiency, including familiarity with purchasing systems, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
• Basic understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes
Description
• Order Management: Placing purchase orders based on inventory needs, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to warehouses or retail locations
• Supplier and Vendor Relations: Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, and sourcing new vendors to secure cost-effective deals
• Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, arranging storage, and coordinating distribution to ensure materials are available when needed
• Administrative Support: Preparing requisition forms, invoices, cost estimates, and maintaining accurate records of purchases, discounts, and delivery schedules
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring all procured items meet required specifications and quality standards
• Market Research: Conducting research to identify trends, evaluate vendor offers, and optimize procurement strategies
