• Diploma in Automotive Technology, Motorcycle Technology, Mechanical Technology, Automotive Engineering, or any related Technical/Vocational course with a TESDA Certification (NC II/NC III) or equivalent. • At least 2 years of experience in automotive service operations, field technical support, or aftersales operations • Bonus if with experience in mechanical maintenance, repair, or technical service operations.

• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and servicing of vehicles, machinery, and equipment. • Strong technical troubleshooting capability • Field support and dealer coordination skills • Knowledge of warranty processes • Strong reporting and documentation skills • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
